Due to the nature of the products that we house in our marketplace, we do not offer cancelations or refunds.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unopened and unused product to our fulfillment house for a store credit within five (5) days of receipt. After your return is received, your store credit will be issued. Shipping and handling fees are not included. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know why the product(s) didn’t meet your needs. This is helpful information for us to share with our vendor partners.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at email@example.com within five (5) days of receipt of your order.
If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your confirmation tracking number.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
